Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos to be reviewed and resolved accordingly. 

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we are unable to cancel or refund your purchase, as we incur immediate costs once the order is in progress.

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which states that custom-made or personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period.
